We have many rental items that you can rent from us if you have your function here!

Items such as: P.A. Systems, Wooden Wishing Well for cards, Lattices, Hand Rails, Lighting, Table linens, Big Screen TV, and much more.  All items are newer and in excellent condition!

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Simmons Promotions, Inc., unless pre arranged.

You can choose from just about anything to serve your guests. You could also just go with a cash bar!

A 50% deposit is required upon the confirmation of event date, otherwise Ballroom will not be guaranteed.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Bartenders, cups, and ice will be provided by Simmons Promotions, Inc. at no extra charge. Gratuity is 15% of the bar Total. Sales tax is 7% on beverage and food service.

Simmons Promotions Inc. has the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone or to anyone not being of legal age. Please have I.D. ready upon request.

Banquet Food & Beverage Policies:
You must purchase all of your food and beverages through Simmons Promotions, Inc. in the cas of a private label wine or champagne; the special events coordinator can fullfill the order.  Menu selections, room set up requirements, and all other special arrangements should be received by the special events coordinator at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.  Guaranteed number of attendees must be received at least 1 week in advance.  Attendees in excess of the guaranteed will be served subject to availability.  The group will be charged for the guaranteed or actual number served, whichever is greater.  All food & beverages are subject to a 15% gratuity and current sales tax.  All prices subject to change.

The Palace Ballroom exists solely for the pleasure and enjoyment of your family and guests. Our goal is to make your special event exclusive. Please feel free to consult us with any questions you may have. We can assist you with Bridal Checklists, and bands or DJs.

SIMMONS PROMOTIONS INC. WILL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY MERCHANDISE OR ARTICALS LEFT PRIOR TO, DURING, OR FOLLOWING ANY FUNCTION. CONTRACTEE ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE ATTENDING GUEST AND ANY DAMAGES OCCURRING DURING THE FUNCTION BEYOND NORMAL USE TO ANY EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY.
