After seeing an increase in the car count at the June 9th race we are going to adapt these rules.  Now until the end of the 2006 race season the Hobby Stock rules have been opened up.  If you are legal at Maquoketa, Tipton, Davenport , Darlington, Freeport or  West Liberty you'll be legal to run at the Farley Speedway, and the Dubuque Speedway.
