MOTHER NATURES MAKES IT A CLEAN SWEEP
May 6, 2001 - Overnight rain showers once again claimed the racing action on
Sunday May 6th at the Dubuque Speedway. Mother Nature performed a clean sweep of
NASCAR Weekly Racing Series action in Eastern Iowa for the weekend, also
knocking out Friday night's action at the Farley Speedway and Saturday evening
at the West Liberty Raceway.
The action will continue at all three Simmons Promotions INC tracks this
weekend with Hot Laps scheduled for 7 pm Friday in Farley, 6:30 pm Saturday in
West Liberty and 6 pm Sunday in Dubuque. Racing action will begin one half hour
