Simmons Promotions Inc. Spring Auction & Trade Show set for March 9,10, 2001The Simmons Promotions Inc. Spring Auction & Trade show will be held on March 9th, 10th, 2001 in Des Moines at the Iowa State Fairground in the 4H building. We will start taking consignments at 7AM on Friday March 9th. All reserved numbers must be checked in by Noon on Friday. NO Exceptions. Doors will open at 5 PM on Friday with the auction starting at 6 PM sharp. On Saturday March 10th, doors will open to the public at 8 AM with the auction starting at 9 AM. Display booth setup will begin at 10 AM on Friday. Make your booth reservation now by calling Joe Hayes at 319-378-1385. There will be a $5.00 admission fee on Friday night and Saturday. Visa & MasterCard Simmons Promotions Inc. will be equipped again to accept Visa & MasterCard. There will be a 2% surcharge added to each transaction. Racecars & Trailers We have changed the program for selling cars & trailers for the spring auction. Cars & trailers will not be sold by us but rather by you. SPI will rent you an area for you to display your car or trailer inside the building for the weekend. Your car will be on display for the weekend in front of thousands of potential buyers. It will be up to you to make your best deal. SPI will charge a one time fee for the weekend of $100.00 *** IMPORTANT NOTICE*** Everyone that brings in merchandise to sell must fill out the personal information sheet along with all part description cards for the checkers. If we find merchandise without all the paperwork complete, it will go to the end of the longest line. Simmons Promotions Inc. will not accept merchandise that is not related to the racing industry, any merchandise brought in to sell that is not clean may be deemed non acceptable. Simmons Promotions Inc. may accept or reject any or all merchandise. Winston Cup & Busch Grand National Merchandise Simmons Promotions Inc will again be offering merchandise from several Cup and Busch teams. We will be selling this merchandise throughout the entire spring auction. NASCAR Memberships Available You will be able again this spring to purchase your 2001 NASCAR membership for the season. You can eliminate waiting in long lines at the beginning of the season by purchasing your membership today.
