Dubuque Speedway Falls To Weather Again !!

Farley, Iowa: For the third consecutive week, the Dubuque Speedway season opener has fallen to inclement weather. The officials of SPI will once again try to get the 2004 season underway on Sunday, May 9^th with double features in the NASCAR Late Model division. Hot laps will be slated to take the green flag at 6 p.m. with racing to follow.
