Webb Scores Second Consecutive NASCAR Late Model Feature win At Dubuque Speedway
Dubuque, Iowa: QCSA Auto Auctions of Eldridge, Iowa hosted the NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series racing action on Sunday, August 15th at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds Speedway. The fans were treated to a great night of racing which saw the final checkered flag of the night wave at 9:15 p.m.
The headliner of the night was the 25 lap Iowa Illinois Taylor Insulation NASCAR Late Model feature. The drivers were able to race anywhere they wanted on the extremely wide track that saw three and four wide racing throughout the entire 25 laps. Gary Webb was able to overtake early race leader Gary Crawford on lap number 3 and go on uncontested to the feature win. Webb had the field bunched up behind following a mid-race caution which saw point leader Jeff Aikey placed right on Webb’s rear bumper. Webb was able to pull away and maintain a comfortable lead en route to the win. Aikey ran second ahead of Rob Moss and Andy Eckrich.
Scott Nesteby completed a perfect weekend on Sunday night, scoring his third win in as many nights. Nesteby earned wins at all three SPI tracks, Farley Speedway, Grant County Raceway and the Dubuque Speedway. Nesteby led the 20 lap feature flag to flag scoring the win ahead of Mark Schulte and Jason Schueller.
The NASCAR Pro Stock feature was a very competitive race which saw Jeff Valentine lead the first 7 laps before Jimy Brokus was able to get out front. Brokus went on to score the win as Valentine and Bobby Moyer battled for second. Moyer was able to take second by a slim margin over Valentine.

Mark Massey started in the 8th position but quickly made his way to the front taking the lead on lap number 2 of the B-Modified feature. Massey went on to score an easy win. Eric Glendenning took second ahead of Travis Law.
2 QCSA sponsored Farley Flyer features were run on Sunday night.
