(MUSCATINE, IOWA) September 27, 2004 The Brian Birkhofer Racing team is scheduled to compete this weekend at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds Speedway in Dubuque, IA for the 1st Annual ‘Rumble by the River’. Friday night’s events include heat and consolation races, along with a $2,000 to win Race of Champions. Brian is already eligible for the Race of Champions, which consists of a ten lap first segment and then an inverted fifteen lap segment. Saturday night’s program will consist of any last chance races if needed, along with the fast dash and the 100-lap, $7,000 to win ‘Rumble by the River’ feature event.
