2015 Awards Banquet for SPI Posted on December 28, 2015 at 11:25:36 pm January 9, 2016 is the date for the 2015 Racers Banquet. This Banquet will be for all 3 SPI tracks (Farley Speedway, West Liberty Raceway and Dubuque Speedway) at the Palace Ballroom in Farley Iowa. Cocktail hour is 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Dinner served at 7:30 pm. PLEASE no hats or jeans. Price in advance $25 (MUST be paid for to be advance). Tickets picked up at the door will be $30. Prices include your meal.
