Simmons Promotions Inc announces the 2014 schedule with over 60 events on tap for the Eastern Iowa auto racing fans.     

Kicking off their 14^th season will be the first of 8 appearances for the IMCA Deery Brothers Summer Series Late Models at Simmons Promotions tracks, opening up at the West Liberty Raceway half mile on Saturday April 12^th.     The IMCA Modifieds and Sport Mods  will take center stage one week later on April 19^th during the Modified Extravaganza featuring a top prize of $1,000 for the IMCA Modifieds and $500 for the IMCA Sport Mods.  Weekly racing for all divisions at the West Liberty Raceway will kick off on April 26^th. 

The Farley Speedway will play host to the IMCA Deery Brothers Late Models with IMCA Modifieds on Friday April 18th with weekly racing taking the green flag on Friday May 16^th.   Two nights later the action moves to the lid lifter at the  Dubuque Fairgrounds Speedway.  

Special events will once again highlight the Simmons Promotions schedule with old favorites and new additions for race fans.  

The popular Tri-Track Challenge featuring $2,000 to the winner of IMCA Late Model feature will be contested at the West Liberty Raceway on May 10th and July 26^th; June 27^th and August 1^st at the Farley Speedway ,and  May 25^th and August 31^st in Dubuque.     

Open Late Model fans will want to pencil in two special events  this summer with the Late Model Spectacular  featuring the annual UMP Summer Nationals “Hell Tour” Open Late Models and the IMCA Late Models on Tornado Tuesday June 17^th and the $10,000 to win Open Late Model Shootout at the West Liberty Raceway on Tornado Tuesday August 5^th.  

The 2^nd Annual Aftermarket Nationals for Modifieds, rewarding IMCA Modified and IMCA Sport Modifieds who chose the non crate engine option with over $50,000 in prizes, will invade the Farley Speedway for a Tuesday July 1^st practice night with qualifying on Wednesday July 2^nd and the grand finale paying $10,000 to the champion slated for Thursday July 3^rd.   

The 37^th Annual Yankee Dirt Track Classic highlights the season ending specials at the Farley Speedway on Wednesday Sept 10^th through Saturday September 14^th with the newly revamped Liberty 100 providing the final checkers at the West Liberty Raceway on Friday October 3^rd and Saturday October 4^th. 

The popular 4 Cylinder Enduro Sunday series returns to the Farley Speedway on April 27^th, July 20^th, September 14^th and January 4^th with practice slated for the West Liberty Raceway on April 5^th and the Farley Speedway on April 6^th and May 4^th.   Additional events at the Farley Speedway include the wild “Race Em & Wreck Em” on September 21^st, and the Little Guy Nationals on Oct 11^th.  Simmons Promotions will once again assist the Grant County Fairboard  in presenting races during the 2014 Grant County Fair at the Lancaster Wisconsin speedplant on Wednesday August 13^th.
