SPI announces Itineraries and Classes to be run at the 34th Annual Yankee Dirt Track Classic!!!

Classes to be competing during the Yankee Dirt Track Classic are as follows: Wednesday Sept 14th and Thursday Sept 15th on the 3/8th Mile Track: IMCA Sport Mods, IMCA Hobby Stocks, IMCA Sport Compacts, SPI Stock Cars, INEX Legend Cars, and Open Modifieds. 

The INEX Legend Cars and Open Modifieds will have a Full Program of Heats and Features on both Wednesday and Thursday night. The Remaining Classes will qualify on Wednesday, with Fast Dashes, Last Chance Races, and Feature Events on Thursday.  Also on Thursday Night, the 1/2 Mile will be open for practice for the Hawkeye Dirt Tour IMCA Modifieds, Open Late Models, and IMCA Deery Brothers Late Models. 

Friday September 16th and Saturday September 17th, the classes competing on the 1/2 Mile will be: Open Late Models, IMCA Deery Brothers Late Models, and IMCA Hawkeye Dirt Tour Modifieds.  Friday September 16th will be Qualifying for IMCA Deery Brothers Late Models, Open Late Models, and IMCA Hawkeye Dirt Tour Modifieds. The feature event for Friday evening September 16th is the Deery Brother's IMCA Late Model 25th Anniversary Feature race which will feature all of the past National Champions and Deery Brother Champions. 

Saturday September 17th, will feature Fast Dashes and Last Chance Races for the Open Late Models, IMCA Hawkeye Dirt Tour Modifieds, and IMCA Deery Brothers Late Models.  The running of the 34th Annual Yankee Dirt Track Classic will be culminated by Three Feature events: 50 Laps for the Open Late Models, 30 Laps for the IMCA Hawkeye Dirt Tour Modifieds, and 50 Laps for the IMCA Deery Brothers Late Models. 

Sunday September 18th we will bring the curtain down on the 34th Annual Yankee Dirt Track Classic with the running of the Die Hard 200 Enduro race on the 3/8 Mile Track.
