Racers Rally Around Seegy’s Race Products

 

Dubuque, Iowa:  Saturday morning a fire destroyed the race products business owned by Mikal and Angie Seegmiller known as Seegy’s Race Products in Dubuque, Iowa. The business and it’s entire contents were a total loss.  Sunday night at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds Speedway the drivers once again proved that racers and fans alike are the greatest people in the world by rallying around the Seegmiller’s. A friendly challenge that started with a donation by the Hurst race team evolved into a money raising effort that netted over $2,500. Mikal Seegmiller filled with emotion thanked all who donated and all who called expressing concern and offered help in their time of need. Mikal stated, “we are not quitters and we will be back to serve the racers.”
