RAIN AGAIN IN FARLEY SETS UP BIG NIGHT

A late afternoon thundershower forced cancellation of the racing activities scheduled for Friday June 1st at the Farley Speedway. The first events for the evening were to be the four feature events postponed from Friday May 25th, which will be completed prior to the regularly scheduled racing action on June 8th. Also scheduled for that night will be an appearance and autograph session by NASCAR Winston Cup star Sterling Marlin. The two time winner of the Daytona 500 will fly to the Farley Speedway after qualifying his #40 Coors Light Dodge at the Michigan Speedway to be reunited with his former engine builder, Farley Speedway promoter Keith Simmons.
