The SPI racing schedule for 2009 is getting fuller everyday and a tentative schedule has been released.  This years schedule will combine some returning series and events with new and exciting events. Returning will be Nascar Whelen All American Series weekly racing, special appearances by IMCA Late Models, Sprint Car Racing at West Liberty, and alot of the very popular special event nights at all 3 tracks.  New events include a 4 race Enduro Series at Farley and a possible point fund just for the Enduro Series, a May day 2 track Classic Weekend at Farley on night 1 and West Liberty on night 2 that will pay $10,000 to win the Late Models each night, and 2 other Late Model racing weekends that will have added dollars based on attendance.

Some new things are already on the schedule and we are working very hard to fill each racing night with fun things to do for the entire family.

Activity during the winter at the auctions and the racing banquet has been very positive with racers and fans alike looking forward to a very exciting 2009 racing season.
